1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Rajampo ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at https://rajampo.cam ("the Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Rajampo platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Rajampo provides online casino gaming, sports betting, live dealer games, and related entertainment services primarily to players located in Malaysia. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

To register and maintain an account on the Rajampo platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, a self-exclusion status with Rajampo that remains in effect.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of Rajampo, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• All registration information you provide is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Rajampo reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, the Company reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

4. Account Management

Each Player may register only one account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party. Rajampo will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Players are strongly advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to Rajampo customer support immediately.

Rajampo is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document, where required.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Rajampo reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until compliance is achieved.

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Rajampo reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts following written notification to the registered email address. Any remaining balance will be returned to the Player upon request and completion of identity verification.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Rajampo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your account within seconds. FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Rajampo reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment source where third-party funding is identified.

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be fully met.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limits.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method where required by anti-money-laundering policy.

Rajampo aims to process withdrawal requests to e-wallets within 5–30 minutes and to bank accounts within one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 10–60 minutes, subject to network conditions. These timelines are targets and are not guaranteed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Rajampo are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier (e.g., X15). This means the total bonus amount must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a X15 wagering requirement requires RM1,500 in total qualifying bets before cashout is available.

Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Table games and certain other game types may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are published within each promotion's terms.

While wagering with active bonus funds, the maximum permissible bet per spin or hand is typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500, unless a lower limit is specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Placing bets in excess of this cap while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

All bonus offers carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issue. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been claimed or played through within the stated expiry period will be removed from the account without notice.

Rajampo reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings where a Player is found to be exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage play, or any other pattern of behaviour that Rajampo, in its sole and reasonable judgment, determines to be abusive of the promotional system.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the Rajampo platform are final and binding once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, amounts, and payment instructions before confirming any wager. Rajampo is not responsible for errors made by the Player at the point of bet placement.

Individual game and betting market minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. These limits may vary by game type, market, account tier, or promotional period. Rajampo reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where deemed necessary.

Rajampo's sportsbook covers a comprehensive range of sports markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, basketball, tennis, and other international competitions. All odds are subject to change prior to market closure. Live in-play bets are accepted where the relevant market remains open.

In the event of a void event (postponed, abandoned, or cancelled fixture), bets will typically be settled as void and stakes returned, unless the relevant event is completed within 24 hours of its original scheduled start time. Specific settlement rules are published within the sportsbook terms.

All casino games available on the Rajampo platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are calculated over millions of game rounds and represent long-term statistical averages. Individual session outcomes may vary significantly from the stated RTP.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Rajampo platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker games or coordinated betting to exploit promotional structures.
• Exploitation of software errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Money laundering or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law, including use of the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds of illegal origin.
• Misrepresentation of personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to charge back deposits via financial institutions after receiving associated services.
• Any form of harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour toward Rajampo staff or other players.

9. Responsible Gambling

Rajampo is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can pose risks for certain individuals, and we have implemented a range of tools and safeguards to support our players in maintaining control over their gambling activity.

Players may access the following responsible gambling tools directly from their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when a specified play duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period of up to five (5) years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the selected period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Rajampo platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, images, software code, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Rajampo or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, scraping, framing, or any commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from Rajampo.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rajampo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of gambling winnings arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or system interruptions.
• Financial losses resulting from your own gambling decisions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
• Errors in publicly displayed odds, game information, or promotional terms where such errors are corrected promptly upon identification.

Rajampo's total liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the aggregate value of funds held in that Player's account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data

Rajampo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gambling compliance. 13. Account Termination

Players may close their account at any time by contacting Rajampo customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of applicable anti-money-laundering checks.

Rajampo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.
• Instruction from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held within the account may be forfeited without compensation.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Rajampo and the Player shall endeavour to resolve any disputes arising from the use of the Platform amicably through direct negotiation in the first instance.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of either party notifying the other of the dispute, either party may pursue resolution through such legal mechanisms as are available under applicable law.

Players wishing to submit a formal complaint may do so by contacting Rajampo customer support. All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and investigated thoroughly. Rajampo will provide a substantive written response within 14 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Rajampo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, Rajampo will endeavour to provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification, no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
